Sotogrande Hotel Katipunan

The location of the hotel is close to where we hold our business in the area.

We reported a leak behind the toilet, but was not taken care of before we checked out.In addition, we saw two small cockroaches.In spite of all the above problems, we were not offered for them to relocate us – move us in another room.

The best part of this place is the staff. They are the most respectful and kindest people I have ever encountered. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet and has a good wifi. Never had any issues with wifi. Staff eager to assist with any queries, and were always greeting me with a smile upon my coming and going from the hotel. Overall it was a great experience to stay at this hotel and be looked after by the excellent staff here. Would highly recommend.

What I liked the most about the Sotogrange Katipunan was the staff. They were by far the best staff I have ever encountered for hotel stays. Front desk always greeted me with a smile whether I was coming or going, and also made the checkout and checkin as simple as possible. the restaurant staff were amazing. They bow and all greet you every time. and are probably the most professional, polite and kindest people. They made me feel like a royalty. They ensure everything is looked after for every detail.

Great. There are just some missing items such as conditioner, towelletes, or not functioning like the safety deposit box. Overall, it was comfortable and clean.

The facility is clean and smells good. The layout of the suite room is nice. There should be buffet breakfast and not just a plate. There should be free conditioner and towellettes in the room. The safety deposit box is not working properly. The bathtub is so high and not ADA friendly. There is only 1 staff working in the reception area that created a line for check out. Overall, it was a great experience.

It’s pleasant and great. Easy to find. It’s nearby malls and other stores. It has an excellent view and is situated in a quiet neighborhood.

The response through this booking website wasn’t good. I requested payment confirmation and inquired several days before my arrival, but they did not respond in time. Their policies aren’t clear about the checking-in time on the website. There was confusion about the information they had posted.

The staff was great, very helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were clean and quite spacious for the price. There was ample parking space for guests.

The location of the hotel which was near the wedding venue

Inconsistency, they were not transparent from the beginning. They have charged us an additional 1k pesos for a family visit only in the suite room and it was already expensive considering it was 2 bedroom and It was booked to celebrate our wedding day and family came to greet us and on top of that they’re gonna charge us an additional 1k pesos per person if they opted to stay as it was booked with breakfast and we thought it was a breakfast buffet but it was just a plate fried rice, tapa & egg.

Staffs were all friendly and accomodating, special commendation goes out to Fel.

Management was bad. Food was okay but was overpriced, price range on par to that of a 4star restaurant. Had to pay for basic necessity such as water. Free breakfast was pathetic, was given a choice to have plated breakfast served in-room but was charged extra for the service. For the total amount paid, better to go to better establishments.

Property is clean and maintained well with good facilities.

Breakfast. Although there are choices of Filipino foods to Continental foods, juice and are not provided nor its not free.

The interior of the room was excellent.staff we're friendly ,the cleanliness was good and the food was great, especially they do have liquid milk for our coffee

cozy and decent

the bed was so itchy. i am not a picky type of person but i wasnt able to sleep the rest of the night. around 3 am i called the helpdesk to change the bedsheets. good to say she responded immediately.

Space and Value for money. Friendly and very accommodating staff …

Room is nice and spacious, location is accessible to malls and other shops. Breakfast was great, staff are accommodating and friendly.

The 1st room we got assigned has a problem of plumbing, toilet and tub is not draining.
